Stampy was protoformed shortly after the Great War, which suits him just fine. It's not that he's a coward, it's that he's saving up all his bravery for a single heroic event. In robot or motorcycle mode, he is capable of great leaps, and his legs are strong enough to kick through armored plating.[1]
