Handlebars is a failed Autobot from the Robo-Capers portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Pushy and not too bright, Handlebars is an Autobot bicycle.

The Autobots parted company with Handlebars because of his overbearing and annoying character. Robo-Capers issue 114

Years later Armada would bring us High Wire, with a transformation remarkably similar to Handlebars.
