[edit]- "We're getting there" was the slogan of British Railways during the '80s. Trax's colour scheme also matches the blue and yellow livery on their trains.
- Trax's shape, wheel arrangement, and number of windows suggests that he transforms into a British Rail Class 40, which was incidentally retired in 1985 (two years prior to the issue he appeared in).
