Elliot Marsh is a human from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Doctor Elliot Marsh is an archaeologist. Though knowledgeable about ancient Egypt and its history, his desire for fame and glory—and his paranoia about others taking credit for his discoveries — would ultimately prove his undoing after running up against Garrison Kreiger's own thirst for power.

  • Doctor Marsh is a character lifted from the 1980s G.I. Joe episode "The Gods Below". The episode is alluded to further by the story when "the gods below" are mentioned in Marsh's translation one of the Amtoltec inscriptions.
