Star Trek vs. Transformers
When Captain Kirk, Spock, Sulu, and M'Ress were under attack by Decepticons on Cygnus Seven, Kirk ordered Arex to have the Enterprise fire a photon torpedo at the hostile robots. The resulting explosion damaged Soundwave, and Megatron ordered a retreat. Prime's Directive, Part One
