[edit]When the Decepticons attacked New York City, Manning went to fetch Colonel Daniel Witwicky from an upper-class event with a helicopter. While on the helicopter, when CIA agent Grant refused to provide information about the current threat, Witwicky threatened to have Manning beat him up.
When they landed and Grant again refused to be forthcoming, Manning took him else where and pistol whipped him. The agent ended up with bruised lips. All Hail Megatron #2
