Vector Prime first noticed these Mini-Cons in Aurex 503.01 Gamma, but noted that Micromaster version of them existed in Primax 209.0 Gamma, and at least some of them existed as full-sized Autobots and Decepticons in Primax 1005.19 Gamma. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/07/24

  • Minicon 8 Pack (Multipack, 2010)
Available exclusively in European markets, the "Minicon 8 Pack" contains redecos of the Cybertron Giant Planet Mini-Con Team and five other Mini-Con molds from Classics.
The general theme of the "8 Pack" is a vehicular one, with no specific rules of what alternate forms each side has.
The set consists of the following Mini-Cons:
The Unicron Trilogy iterations of Airlift, Diveplane, and Reachout were later established as members of the Special Operations Team.

Notes

  • The "Minicon 8 Pack" (and the later single-releases of the characters) gives no indication whatsoever what continuity they all hail from, plus the use of Cybertron and Classics molds does not help matters either.
    • Though Barrel Roll alone appeared in the 2005 IDW continuity comics in 2012, the Facebook edition of Ask Vector Prime would later state that the members of the 8 pack exist in both the Generation 1 and Unicron Trilogy continuity families, though they are generally only "Mini-Cons" in the latter.
  • In 2012, Airlift and Iron Claw were released separately in discount outlets in the United States along with Pan-Handler (a redeco of Sledge), Brake-Neck, Drivetrain and Swashplate (redecoes of the Recon Mini-Con Team).
