- Strong-Bot is a Go-Bot from the Go-Bots portion of the Go-Bots continuity family.
Strong-Bot is the biggest, toughest, and strongest Go-Bot there is, and takes the form of the biggest, toughest, and strongest machines he can. He's persistent and determined, and won't stop until the job is done. He lives to build and no dream is too big that he can't achieve it!

Strong-Bot was chosen by the High Council as "the strongest" of the available Go-Bots to join the Earth's Go-Bot Team on their mission to help Earth.
When Silver-Bot arrived on Earth and created a hurricane near a human beach resort due to his reckless fun, Aero-Bot, Speed-Bot and Strong-Bot were dispatched to save the people and stop the big doofus. First Strong-Bot towed a cruise liner to safety (by dragging it across shallow water), then dug a cave for the tourists to hide out in during the storm. Typhoon Twister
When Mototron caused a hubbub in the Arctic, Strong-Bot stayed behind at the Go-Pod to coordinate Aero-Bot, Beast-Bot, and Speed-Bot. He was the first to notice that Kid-Bot and Gas-bot were absent from the base, and asked the agents in the field if they’d seen them about. Sure enough, the pair had stowed away in Speed-Bot’s trunk. When Reptron ran wild near Pyramid City, Strong-Bot was the first to spot the renegade Go-Bot on the Go-scanner. He stayed behind once more that the Go-Pod to help coordinate the mission, notably complimenting Aero-Bot on some great dam-building to save a town from a flood. Reptron's Rampage
Strong-Bot was bestowed a Go-Shield by the Metropolis High Council for his outstanding work guarding Earth. His team then learned that a couple of Racer-Bots had driven off to have fun with their new Go-Brillium powers, kicking up trouble along their way. Strong-Bot once more was ordered to stay at the Go-Pod, this time to monitor the Racer-Bots at all times. - Released in the newly-rebranded Transformers: Go-Bots line, Strong-Bot transforms into a yellow bulldozer with an action feature: push down on his windshield to make his scoop move up and down.
- This toy was also available in a Kmart exclusive 2-pack with Beast-Bot II; basically they just taped two normal single-pack toys together.
- Strong-Bot (Botropolis Basic, 2003)
- Part of the "Botropolis" wave of re-re-branded Go-Bots (minus the "Transformers"), this new form for Strong-Bot has him transforming into a yellow and orange "earth mover" dump truck. Rare for a Go-Bots toy, Strong-Bot has useful (and unnecessary for transformation) forward elbow articulation.
- This toy was released in Japan with as Gong; the only notable difference is that Gong has the old "chibi Autobot" faction symbol instead of Strong-Bot's Go-Shield.
- Strong-Bot All Terrain (Secret Shield, 2004)
- Released in the first wave of the "Secret Shield" assortment of the re-re-re-branded Transformers: Go-Bots (oy!), this version of Strong-Bot transforms into an all-terrain vehicle.
- This is actually a redeco of the "Invisibility Force" ATV Strong-Bot (below), but that toy was held back for reasons unknown until 2005.
- Strong-Bot (Invisibility Force, 2004)
- Another new mold for Strong-Bot: this time, a clear-yellow cement truck.
- Strong-Bot (Special Bonus Pack, 2003-2004?)
- This figure was supposed to be an international release of Randy, before it got canceled. This figure (and the three pack it came in) went unknown for many years, until it surfaced on Ebay, where the seller confirmed it was given to him by a former Hasbro employee [1].

- Strong-Bot (Basic Go-Bot, 2005)
- Just before the line was cancelled, Strong-Bot got a pickup form that was remolded from Flash-Bot.
- Strong-Bot (Invisibility Force, 2005)
- An all-terrain vehicle made from clear yellow plastic, this is one of the "Invisibility Force" toys that was intended for release in 2004, but was held back until after the line was cancelled in 2005.
Notes
- Designs of various Playskool Go-Bots (and one 1-2-3 Transformer) were plagiarized for use as characters in the Chinese cartoon "Robo Warriors", including the original Strong-Bot (seen right). Ironically, these plagiarized designs would later be plagiarized themselves, with the cartoon "Martial Mecha Saga" basing many of the show's robot designs on those of "Robo Warriors" (both cartoons were produced by different companies).[1]
