Miko Tezuka (手塚ミコ Tezuka Miko) is a rookie police officer in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, partnered with the Autobot exchange officer Clampdown. A free-spirited woman, she loves music, especially heavy metal.

In 2003, department head Saejima assigned Miko to partner with Clampdown. Over time, their partnership changed both for the better: the free-spirited Miko became more dedicated to justice while the serious Clampdown became more flexible.
