As a Fossilizer, Paleotrex can split into weapons and armor compatible with the C.O.M.B.A.T. System for use by other War for Cybertron Trilogy figures. The joint to flip down Paleotrex's "mask" can pass as an opening mouth for the masked robot mode head as well.
