Billy Bob Thompson (born January 22, 1985) is an American voice actor, comedian and writer/director based in New York City. Notable roles include Gong Strong and Declan Akaba in Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V, Remi Puguna in Promare, Bullhard in Rio: Rainbow Gate, and various characters in the Pokémon franchise, including Charmander, Mimikyu and Froakie/Frogadier/Greninja, the latter of which he reprised for the Super Smash Bros. series alongside Ultimate's male Pokémon Trainer.
