Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist. His best known voice over roles are Captain Gantu on Lilo & Stitch, the Joker on The Batman, Roadblock on G.I. Joe: Renegades, Crusher on Blaze and the Monster Machines, Panthro from 2011 reboot of ThunderCats, and the Grimace from The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald.
His on-screen roles include Rockefeller Butts on The Knights of Prosperity, Ed Ward on Like Family, and a cameo near the end of Clerks II.
Richardson also does the best Bill Cosby impression known to mankind.
