LIES!
There's no such thing as Maximals Torture Chambers, no matter what some dirty stinkin' Predacon says!
The Maximals are good and true, and would not be so corrupt as to authorize torture or unethical experiments.
But if they did exist, they'd look very similar to a Maximal CR Chamber.
