LIES!

There's no such thing as Maximal Torture Chambers, no matter what some dirty stinkin' Predacon says!

The Maximals are good and true, and would not be so corrupt as to authorize torture or unethical experiments.

But if they did exist, they'd look very similar to a Maximal CR Chamber.

Fiction

Rattrap denies the existance of Maximal Torture Chambers after Dinobot freaks out upon awakening in the CR Chamber. Rattrap does, however, admit that he could get behind such an idea. The fact that Optimus names him temporary commander within a mega-cycle is somewhat frightening. Chain of Command

Dinobot does not press the point, but he apparently genuinely believes Maximal Torture Chambers exist. Also, considering that he rarely acknowledges fear, the stories about them must be pretty scary sounding.
