I think we're inconsistent. But in this case-- it's the name of a publication. [edit]- The is Ratchet Emergency Green, a mail-away exclusive product only available with a purchase of the book. The toys is a redeco of Ratchet from the Transformers Encore toyline and homages Movie Ratchet.
