Beast Wars: Uprising

In the 34th century C.E., the Convoy Council were in charge of the Commandrons, the successors to the Maximals.

It was the council who declared no Cybertronian would ever leave the Milky Way Galaxy after the disastrous encounter with the Ammonites, to avoid attracting the attention of "lions, tigers and bears" (oh my!), as Megalo Convoy put it. When the stolen ship Terrastar left the Milky Way Galaxy in contravention of this, the council unanimously ordered Astral Knight to take his colony ship, the Hyperborea, after it.
