As a guardian of the ancient relics of Cybertron, Alpha Trion founded the Knights of Cybertron and tasked them with guarding the AllSpark and preventing it from falling into Decepticon hands. After Optimus Prime jettisoned the AllSpark into space, the Knights were approached by Megatron, who sought to negotiate peace. This was revealed as a trap, and the Knights contacted Alpha Trion for assistance, though he was unable to help.
