Fracture is a Decepticon from the live-action movie continuity family.

These boots were made for stomping, and that's just what they'll do. One of these days these boots are gonna stomp all over you!

Fracture is a crazy, cackling female renegade who simply loves to wreck stuff. Though she has a hand-held blaster, she far prefers to use her giant stompy boots to cause localized earthquakes.

A Wal-Mart exclusive redeco of Classics Mirage, Fracture transforms into a closed-canopy Formula racer concept car. The front aerofoil detaches to become a (non-firing) handheld weapon.
