High Council can refer to:
- Autobot High Council, a legislature installed by Shockwave in the Dreamwave portion of the Generation 1 Continuity family.
- Decepticon High Council, a council in the Marvel Comics portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
- Maximal High Council, a legislature in the Beast Era portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
High Council should not be confused with:
- The Council Citadel, the seat of Cybertron government from Beast Machines
- The High Council Pavilions, the seat of Cybertron government from the Dreamwave Comics
- Council of Ancients, the ruling body of the Autobots from before the war in the Dreamwave comics.
