</table> As the Autobots battle through countless Decepticlones, the war for the Mini-Cons begins!

Synopsis

They should have left "gathering MacGuffins" off their resumes.

In a planet torn by civil war, Autobots Hot Shot and Red Alert are deep within Decepticon territory, being pummeled by Spider Tanks and Dropships! They were sent there by Optimus Prime to uncover an ancient relic that would tell them where to find the long-lost race of Mini-Cons who vanished over a million years ago.

Unfortunately, the two are met by Cyclonus and a new army of Decepticlones! While Cyclonus kept the Autobots busy, Starscream struck off on his own to find the relic. And he does find it, buried under old rubble. It's a Data-con!

Meanwhile, Optimus Prime had arrived just in time to save Hot Shot and Red Alert from being overwhelmed by Decepticlones. His arrival attracts the attention of Megatron, and the two battle.

Elsewhere, Starscream had managed to activate the Data-con. It tells him the history of the Mini-Cons' plight and their escape... and most importantly, it could give him clues as to its destination! But suddenly, it erupts in light, and a strange portal opens amidst the battlefield. Megatron calls his Decepticons to follow him into the portal, where the Mini-Cons obviously await. Optimus Prime, Hot Shot, and Red Alert are not far behind.

They materialize over a strange, organic planet. They must get to the Mini-Cons first!
