Osamu Saka (阪 脩 Saka Osamu) is a Japanese voice actor born November 7, 1930 in Osaka, Japan. He often plays the part of elderly characters, such as Goku's grandpa in Dragon Ball and Daisuke Aramaki in Ghost in the Shell.
