Twister is a Mini-Con from the video game version of the Unicron Trilogy.
Twister is one of many power-enhancing Mini-Cons scattered across Earth. A member of the Blue Mini-Con Team, when Powerlinxed to a larger Transformer, Twister generates powerful Energon tornadoes that hurl enemies into the air after shorting out their circuits.

Transformers Playstation 2 Game
Twister's Mini-Con storage panel was captured by the Decepticlones and carried on-board a Dropship that patrolled the deep Amazon, near the Sun Temple. It was only with the assistance of Slipstream's glider-pack that the Autobots were able to recover him.
