- Sixtrain is an Autobot Micromaster combiner from the Operation Combination and Micromaster Collection portions of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Sixtrain is one of the many Autobot six-combiners who battle the evil forces of Scrash on Earth, such as Battle Gaia. He is the older brother of Sixliner, who he is very similar to.
In an alternate timeline/universe, Sixtrain has blended into human society along with the other Micromasters, and fights against the evil Decepticon Micromasters when they threaten cities.

Operation Combination story pages
Sixtrain banded together with Sixwing and Guard City in a battle against the Decepticon Battle Gaia amidst a human-sized city. He and Sixwing were quickly bested, leaving only Guard City to fend off the villain. Big Pinch, Autobots!
Later, Sixtrain and all other Micromaster Combiners scattered across the globe were summoned to Earth's orbit to join Guard City in a last line of defense against Battle Gaia and the Jet Corps, who had fought their way past the Road Corps. Sixtrain went up against Battle Gaia-himself. The Decepticons' Attack on Earth!
Sixtrain, Sixwing, Sixbuilder, Sixturbo and Guard City eventually combined to form the "Autobot Scrum Combination". Combining the power of all twenty-nine individual Autobots, their unleashed energy destroyed Battle Gaia on the spot. As the Jet Corps fled with the remains of Battle Gaia, Sixtrain joined the other Autobots in gleefully waving goodbye. Conclusion

- In 2003, the entire Sixtrain team was re-released as part of the Micromaster Collection, in individual boxes with a number visible to show which mold was inside each box. For this release, all of the decals from the original version were replaced with paint applications. Sixtrain could only be assembled by buying all six compnents individually, he was never offered as a complete set.
- This entire mold-set—in unaltered colors—was released in the Universe line as Rail Racer.
- Sixtrain Red Mode (Micromaster, 2003)
- A "chase" combiner, two pieces of Sixtrain Red Mode came per case.
