-Along with the rest of the Urban Renewal Team, Yardarm accompanied [[Modus Prime]], [[Broadside (Classics)|Broadside]], and the [[Heavy Hauler Team]] to [[Altihex]]'s abandoned [[Energon (G1)|energon]] refinery.  There, they were attacked by what appeared to be a deranged [[Autobot]] - in actuality, however, it was a cobbled-together killing machine remotely controlled by Broadside.  In the ensuing chaos, Yardarm was killed.  {{storylink|The New World|The New World}}
