The name Prowl has been applied to several Transformers characters.
- 1984 — Prowl the Autobot police car (and later Maximal lion) from Generation 1.
- 1999 — Prowl II the Maximal Transmetal 2 owl from Beast Wars.
- 2000 — Prowl the Autobot police car and brother to Side Burn and X-Brawn from Robots in Disguise.
- 2003 — Prowl the Emergency Mini-Con Team police car/pistol from Armada. A possibly-alternate-universe version of this Prowl is the partner to Magna Stampede and Stockade from Universe.
- 2003 — Prowl the Micromaster Protectobot police car and chest to Defensor from Universe.
- ???? — Prowl the Autobot Spy Changer fire chief's car from Universe.
- 2008 — Prowl the Autobot motorcycle from Transformers Animated.
- 2008 — Prowl the Autobot from the Movie continuity.
Not to be confused with
The Robots in Disguise toy sold as "Prowl 2" is almost certainly the same character as the original RiD Prowl, listed under the year 2000, above.
