- Naytron is an Autobot from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Naytron goes zoom!
Toys
- Transformers Electric Racing Set (198?)

- Naytron was available with his Decepticon twin Freezon with Tyco's licensed Electric Racing Set. Both transform via a simple two-step process into Ford Mustangs; Naytron sports a white body with blue decals. Both Transformers, along with the track they came packaged with, also featured glow-in-the-dark paint.
Notes
- Naytron was not named on any of the Electric Racing Set's packaging or paperwork, apparently having been solely referred to with his name on the set's television commercial. As such, the exact pronunciation of his name is somewhat debatable and the spelling is just our best guess. It could conceivably be "Maytron", "Meitron", "Natron" or any other variation.
- Naytron's head appears to be based on Generation 1 Bluestreak's
- The box art for Naytron shows him as a mostly yellow car but his toy is primary white.
- Since his pre-production color was apparently yellow, it is possible that he was named after the yellow mineral natron. Or after "nitro" - which is, you know, hot, while "Freezon" is definitely cold-themed.
