I might be wrong here, but it seemed to me from context that this term would probably apply retroactively to the 2007 movie's invasive computer program as well. -Derik 10:25, 7 July 2009 (EDT)

Possibly yes, but it borders on fanon. We could add a "2007 movie" fiction section and note that the invasive computer program in that movie may have been a viroid.
