Seafood Louis is a dish consisting of artificial crab flakes mixed with mayonnaise and seasonings and is very delicious. It was served at the following BotCon dinners:
- BotCon 2000
- BotCon 2002
It will be served at the following upcoming conventions:
Seafood Louis is apparently a popular item on the menu at the Grand Wayne Convention Center.
