- Slapper is a Decepticon from the Transformers Animated continuity family.
As Swindle might say, "there's a sucker protoformed every cycle"; Slapper seems to exist to prove that mantra. Dim and gullible, Slapper just doesn't believe anything that's told to him, he's a prime target to be manipulated by both Autobot and Decepticon alike.
His lot in life has made him rather bitter, and he responds by taking amusement in the misfortune of others. Even his own brothers have been the victims of his crude sense of humor.

Swindle sold Slapper some Vrobian Energon Discharge Powder, which he then used to pull a prank on his brothers.The AllSpark Almanac Volume 2
