- Pinpointer is an evil Autobot Targetmaster from the "Shattered Glass" continuity family.

When Ricochet chose Scoop and Crosshairs to stand by his side, he bestowed upon each of them a small partner to complement their personality. This is how the enthusiastic Pinpointer was teamed up with the lazy Crosshairs.
