Windburn is a Decepticon Commander from Power Core Combiners.

Wonder if he yells "Zerg Rush!" everytime he orders the Insecticon hordes into battle?

Windburn is the kind of robot that wins wars. He's a master of modern warfare and has the uncanny ability to hold whole battlefields in his mind, in active real time, no matter how large. Together with Darkray he masterminds Decepticon troop movements across the battlefield, steering them towards victory.

Part of the third wave of Power Core Combiners Commander Class figures, Windburn is a redeco of Searchlight, transforming into a twin-rotor helicopter. He also has a third super-robot torso mode compatible with all Power Core Combiner drone-limbs. His chestplate has a flip-up Mini-Con Powerlinx peg that allows him to use any Mini-Con as chest armor, though the nominal choice is his pack-in partner Darkray. He retains the same left elbow misassembly as Searchlight.
