Steeljaw was among the Autobots going about their daily business when Captain Fanzone was accidentally transwarped to Cybertron. He and a group of others crowded around the strange little creature, but promptly fled in terror when they realized they were looking at an organic. This Is Why I Hate Machines

- Steeljaw is, of course, a straight-up Animated version of the original Generation 1 Steeljaw.
- According to The AllSpark Almanac II, Steeljaw's "robot" mode is a "cybercat".
