- Cypher is a Transformer from the "Shattered Glass" continuity family.
Cypher is a resident of a hidden building on Cybertron. He seems like a swell guy.
Bit of a cipher, though.

Shattered Glass
When Breakaway knocked the entrance of the building he was hiding out at, Cypher opened the door. Breakaway thanked him, and Cypher responded to the "Healer" in kind. Then, after Breakway, Topspin, and Landquake conversed about the crappy situation they were in, something happened! Reunification: Part 2
