- Bolar is a Predacon from the Beast Era portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Bolar is a typical Predacon thug: he's not very bright, he doesn't respect his commander, and he likes to flog people with an energon bola.
Fiction
The Razor's Edge
Bolar and Sawtooth served under Steelgrave at a Predacon base which held the Maximal prisoner Wing Saber. When Wing Saber escaped from the interrogation room in which she was being held, she tricked Bolar and Sawtooth into attacking their commander. She escaped in the diversion.
