Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice actor. His best known voice over roles are Captain Gantu of the Lilo and Stitch films and TV show, the Joker on The Batman, Exile on Road Rovers, Trigon on Teen Titans, Goro on the first Mortal Kombat movie, Thadeus on the Final Flight of the Osiris segment of The Animatrix and several characters on Family Guy. He also voiced Tombstone on The Spectacular Spider-Man, replacing Keith David. His on-screen roles include Rockefeller Butts on The Knights of Prosperity and Ed Ward on Like Family and Roadblock on G.I. Joe: Renegades. He also does the best Bill Cosby impression known to man.
