Mr. Stanton is Coby Hansen's teacher in mechanics. He is a long-time family friend of the Hansens due to their involvement in motocross rallies. Mr. Stanton is presumptively the only mechanic in the rural town which serves as a home to Bud Hansen, Coby Hansen, and Lori. He doesn't mind when people try to steal his tools to fix giant robots.
