The Decepticon defoliator craft is a Decepticon-owned machine from the Kid Stuff portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Fun fact I: The defoliator craft is actually Scorponok's electric shaver.

The Decepticon defoliator craft is an airship specifically designed to get rid of all that organic green. It does so by employing its enormous hover fans, which create an effect akin to a mini-cyclone.

Once the tunnel network under the Peruvian jungle was completed and the oil got forced to the sruface, Megatron and Soundwave traded their spots in the turbine mole machine for spots in the Decepticon defoliator craft. Primarily, they did this so they could cut away the flora at the lowest part of the jungle to turn it into the perfect oil basin.
