- Leyland is a Decepticon from the Operation Combination portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Leyland (リーランド Rīrando) combines with his teammates to form the mighty Battle Gaia, making up the brunt of the Decepticon forces commanded by Scrash.

- Leyland was presumably named after the British motor company that manufactured trucks and buses as well as the Land-Rover and other military jeep-style vehicles.
