Fun King is a Bot Shot of unknown allegiance. He possesses a friendly, welcoming attitude and is probably lots of fun. Likewise since he is a King he presumably has followers.
It's possible— even likely— that Ultra Major is one of them!

Bot Shots Battle Game!
Fun King is the character who appears when a user registers their account in the Bot Shots Battle Game!, prompting them to customize their avatar. He does not appear as a game character, though anyone can customize their avatar to look like him.
Fun King is made up entirely of "purchasable" avatar-creation elements:
- Airstrike helmet
- Razorforce chestplate
- Airstrike backpack
- Razorforce shoulder plates
- Neoshogun forearm shields
- Alliance legs plates
