This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Olaf runs the petrol station near to the Los Palmos observatory. He likes sleeping.

Olaf was fast asleep by the time you left in a mysterious driverless Porsche, but was awakened by an unholy din emanating from that same Porsche a short time later. After you convinced him that it was no ordinary car, Olaf repaired the burnt-out circuits that allowed Jazz to transform into robot mode, though he still believed Jazz to be some kind of "new model". Since "Peril from the Stars" is a multipath adventure, the above isn't necessarily what happens to Olaf. Unless Jazz gets damaged by driving through a null-field, Olaf will sleep through pretty much everything.
