The {{tobedeleted}} template should be added to the top of articles to mark them as in need of deletion. It should not replace the full text of that article (except in cases of outright vandalism), because that makes it difficult for the deleting mod to render judgment.
This template can take a single "optional" parameter for why it should be deleted. Note: This is not actually optional--do it.
