- Royal Guards are members of Cobra-La from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Cobra-La's Royal Guards are genetically augmented super-soldiers charged with safe-keeping and serving their master, Golobulus. Though physically powerful, they don't do much in the way of thinking, relying nearly entirely on higher-ranking members of Cobra-La to direct them.
