Robotmasters online manga

X-Gunner aided Beast Megatron and Double Face in taking off with a large amount of solitarium after the Autobots were caught in a trap. Defend the Solitarium! Later, with Starscream and Wingstun, X-Gunner challenged an Autobot patrol to a flying race after noticing his old comrade Delta Seeker. X-Gunner was close to winning, but victory was snatched by R-Blade. The former Autobot flew away in shame. Through Sea and Sky: The World's Fastest Race

Robotmasters 3D diorama manga

X-Gunner manned a secret Decepticon base at Space Point X that appeared to be just an ordinary artificial satellite orbiting Earth. When Delta Seeker came snooping around, X-Gunner emerged from the satellite and shot out some of his new homing missiles. However, X-Gunner was hoist by his own petard when Delta Seeker fooled the missiles into colliding with the base, destroying it. Robotmasters Vol. 6

Wars comics

X-Gunner was among Straxus's forces stationed aboard the mighty Metrotitan. He was part of the assault on the weakened Scramble City, and in the heat of battle, was finally able to take Delta Seeker's special Gauntlet Frame arm, though Delta survived the encounter otherwise intact. Though he scored a personal victory in the fight, X-Gunner was ultimately forced to retreat when the partially-rebuilt—and severely upsized—Metroplex entered the fray and blasted the crap out of Metrotitan. Robotmasters

I used to be a gunner.
  • Delta Seeker vs. X-Gunner (Two-pack, 2004)
    • ID number: RM-20
    • Accessories: 2 missiles
A redeco of the Generation 2 Cyberjet Space Case mold, X-Gunner transforms into a forward-swept-wing fighter jet resembling a Sukhoi Su-47 Berkut. In both modes, he has a pressure-launch missile launcher. Unlike the other Cyberjet molds, he actually has two "normal" robot mode hands, rather than his whole right forearm being taken up with the "Gauntlet Frame" launcher. He was available only in a two-pack with the Autobot Delta Seeker.
This mold was also used to make the Generation 2 incarnation of the former Technobot Strafe, the Generation 2 former Decepticon Strafe, as well as the Universe version of Space Case.

Notes

  • His jet mode somewhat resembles the G.I. Joe "Conquest X-30" fighter jet, which is not only based on the same real-world craft, but also has a gray body, striped lines along its side and carries yellow missiles.
