Fiction
Island of Fear
To protect his volcano base on the island of Nali, Dirge left an electronic jammer guarding the approach. Beachcomber spotted it before it could scramble his circuits and you were able to remove it from the cavern's wall. Island of Fear
Because "Island of Fear" is a multipath adventure, what happens next depends on the path you take through the book:
- You use the electonic jammer on Beachcomber and a Denebian Stalker Furmanises you.
- You hide the electronic jammer inside Dirge's giant volcano-piercing laser and it explodes, ruining both his plan and the Nali islanders' crops.
- You threaten Dirge with the electronic jammer and he retreats. You leave it with the islanders so that they can ward him off should he return.
