Killmaster is a Decepticon from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
I'm mad because Movie Megatron stole my mouth.

Killmaster has a wand. His real name is Murderking. No, really! He also has a penchant for bi-locational weaponry.

Fiction

IDW Generation 1 continuity

In addition to his wand, Killmaster designed and wielded a "moongun" that could apparently destroy moons. The Galactic Council acquired the blueprints for it somehow, and used them to develop a bright red, eyeball-sized geobomb capable of destroying entire planets. Animals

Killmaster once held Ratchet at gunpoint. Or possibly wandpoint. How Ratchet Got His Hands Back The Autobot Brainstorm had studied much of Killmaster's weapons over the years. Modes of Production

When Ratchet was taken hostage by the Decepticons early in the war, Orion Pax expected the Autobots would have to trade them a high-profile captive like Killmaster to get him back. Omega's Conundrum

Killmaster was a member of the dreaded Warriors Elite, and fought with them during the Battle for Hell's Point. The Gloaming

During the war, Killmaster and Whirl became nemeses. Whirl would talk big to him in order to compensate for the sheer difference in size and power between the two of them. The Reluctant Specialist Their rivalry ended when the Autobot broke into a Decepticon medical facility and crushed Killmaster's brain while he was recharging, effectively killing him, and then shoved his wand up his... ahem. Cybertronian Homesick Blues

Except no he didn't. Killmaster vanished from the war and Whirl assumed he'd died so he fabricated a story to look cool. In reality, Killmaster had been poached by the time travelling Necrobot and brought to the present day. His (oversized) stasis pod was ominously locked up and kept near the back of the stasis chamber. Naturally this made it irresistible for Swerve and Whirl to open. Killmaster, confronted by his old nemesis, immediately went on a rampage, sending Ten to a prison dimension with his wand before he engaged Whirl in combat. When a horribly injured Cyclonus arrived, Killmaster used the distraction to zap Swerve with the wand before he advanced on the the other two. A World Misplaced

Working together, Whirl (after revealing Killmaster's real name as "Murderking") and Cyclonus managed to cut off Killmaster's wand arm and zap him with his own weapon, which Whirl revealed was effectively a teleporter - sending the disarmed Killmaster to wherever in the universe he had just sent Ten and Swerve. Bad Moon Rising

Brainstorm used the wand to bring back Swerve and Ten (but he left Killmaster behind) before he tracked the teleport signal to its source while he complimented the many innovations Killmaster had created. According to Whirl, the only thing that Killmaster loved more than bi-locational weaponry was "being a master of killing" (get it?). Modes of Production

Notes

  • Killmaster and Whirl literally refer to each other as "Nemesis", which is the best worst thing ever. A World Misplaced
