Vega (ベガ Bega) is an evil dictator.
Toys
Street Fighter II × Transformers
- Available as part of the exclusive Street Fighter II × Transformers toyline, Vega is a redeco of Titans Return Voyager Megatron in Vega's traditional colors, flesh and all. The smaller Headmaster is also painted to be akin to Vega. Vega transforms from robot to tank and back.
- Like all Voyager Class Titans Return figures, he has a pair of pop-up parts to fill in the area around his head; in this case, a pair of missile racks. However, those parts heavily restrict his neck articulation when deployed; unlike many others in his size class, his chest does not contain a pivoting assembly for better range of movement. Due to the nature of his transformation, it is possible to transform Vega into tank mode without removing his head.
- His cannon can plug into the short barrel of the tank turret or the rifle/Headmaster vehicle weapon. In an undocumented additional feature, the rifle can be inserted into the front end of the cannon. The cannon can be mounted on his forearm or held by any figure with 5mm hands. It also has a peg hole that an accessory such as his rifle can plug into, with extra square peg holes specifically to hold the rifle in place.
- Vega was available with Ryu.
Notes
- Vega is more commonly known to Western audiences as "M. Bison". But as this character has only been involved with Transformers in Japan, "Vega" is the name that this wiki will use.
- Vega (M. Bison) is voiced by Tom Wyner in Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie & The Animaze Dub of Street Fighter II V, and Richard Newman in the 1994 TV series.
