M. Bison is a human from [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Street Fighter|{{#if:||Street Fighter}}]].
For you, the day Bison graced your franchise was the most important day of your life.

M. Bison is an evil dictator and leader of the Shadaloo criminal empire. His control over Psycho Power gives him immense superhuman strength, which he channels into his abilities such as the Psycho Crusher, a spinning forward rush cloaked in Psycho Power; the Head Press, a leaping attack that pushes both feet down against an opponent's head; and the Double Knee Press, a somersaulting kick performed with both legs.

[edit]

Fighting a losing battle against Ryu, Ken, and Chun-Li in Thailand, M. Bison used his Psycho Power to create a dimensional gateway and send a message to the other side, where it was intercepted by Megatron. Promising the Decepticon leader immense power, he lured Megatron to his world and convinced him to join forces. Megatron agreed and scanned Bison, learning his moves and gaining his Psycho Power, and Bison used the opportunity to escape. Megatron quickly learned to channel Bison's Psycho Power into his fusion cannon, allowing him to fire blasts of it even in vehicle mode. Secretly, Bison's true aim was for Megatron to lose control of the Psycho Power so that he might take control of Megatron and turn the Decepticon into his new body. However, Megatron anticipated this and planned to use Bison's ambitions against him. Megatron [Vega] packaging bio

I killed my father too, and you don't hear me whining about it!
  • Convoy [Ryu] vs Megatron [Vega] (Two-pack, 2018)
  • Release date: May 26, 2018
  • Accessories: Cannon, rifle, Headmaster
Part of the exclusive Street Fighter II × Transformers toyline, "Megatron [Vega]" is a redeco of Titans Return Voyager Megatron in Bison's traditional colors, fleshy bits and all. He transforms from robot to tank to fighter jet (both of made-up models), complete with Shadaloo insignia. The smaller Headmaster unit's robot mode is also painted to resemble Bison.
Like all Voyager Class Titans Return figures, he has a pair of pop-up parts to fill in the area around his head; in this case, a pair of missile racks. However, those parts heavily restrict his neck articulation when deployed; unlike many others in his size class, his chest does not contain a pivoting assembly for a better range of movement. Due to the nature of his transformation, it is possible to transform Bison into tank mode without removing his head.
His cannon can plug into the short barrel of the tank turret or the rifle/Headmaster vehicle weapon. In an undocumented additional feature, the rifle can be inserted into the front end of the cannon. The cannon can be mounted on his forearm or held by any figure with 5mm hands. It also has a peg hole that an accessory such as his rifle can plug into, with extra square peg holes to hold the rifle in place.
Megatron was only available in a two-pack with Convoy [Ryu]. This set was available for pre-order on TakaraTomy Mall from November 22nd (a Wednesday, dammit) to 27th, with orders shipping on the 26th of May 2018 (a Saturday, dammit!). A pre-order goal was also set: the first 3000 pre-ordered units would include a free clear display stand.
This two-pack was later brought to the United States in 2022 as part of the Transformers Collaborative line, released as a Target and Hasbro Pulse exclusive. These releases are functionally identical to the Takara versions; the Hasbro versions have new manufacturing tampographs, but are otherwise the same. They even have all of the Takara packaging inside the new Hasbro outer packaging!
