The term Primitives was first used in the episode [[Call of the Primitives]] by [[Primacron]]'s assistant to describe the animal transformers. According to the assistant, the early transformers were all primitives, which later developed into the modern Cybertronians. In general, Primitives seem more savage and instinctual then other transformers, and many have greater physical strength as well
