Space is big. Really big. So big that even the fastest of starships equipped with the most advanced quantum generators can't jump across it in seconds. But if you really need to get somewhere really fast then look no further than the Warren, a knot of invisible quantum tunnels so big that it spans both space and time. Millions of years wide, it allows for arrival at a point in time before the traveler actually left. Prolonged exposure to super-compressed space however can be fatal requiring ships to return to normal space for periods of time.

After using one of the Warren's tunnels, Perceptor was amazed to find that the Lost Light had emerged four minutes prior to its departure despite the vast distance covered. Another jump took the ship directly to what appeared to be Cyberutopia. Journey's End

As Team Rodimus travelled aboard the corpse of Skip, a series of increasingly improbable events culminated in Ratchet succumbing to aggressive depigmentation and the Decepticon's body returning to its natural size. Inexplicably lucid, Ten told the crew to listen to him, Sardines before instructing Brainstorm and Nautica on how to modify the minibot's engines so they could use the Warren as a shortcut to a Mederi facility. Though the engine modifications were successful, Skip's mass displacement gave out mid-transit forcing his passengers to "abandon Skip".
