The USS Enterprise is an advanced Federation starship commanded by Captain Kirk. It is armed with a variety of weapons, including photon torpedoes.

Star Trek vs. Transformers
The Enterprise was diverted to the planet Cygnus Seven in response to a distress call from the planet's inhabitants, and sensor interference aboard the ship necessitated a ground-based reconnaissance mission. In the ensuing battle, Soundwave's sonic weapons accidentally un-jammed communications to and from the ship, allowing Kirk the chance to contact Arex and order him to fire a photon torpedo at the Decepticons.
